Log in to your dashboard, go to Devices → Add Device, and enter your device's unique ID. The player app on your screen will display this ID on first launch. Once registered, assign a playlist and your content will appear within seconds.
Signovo Cloud uses local caching — all assigned content is downloaded to the device and stored locally. If the internet connection drops, your screens continue playing the last synced playlist without interruption. Content updates will resume automatically once connectivity is restored.
We support all common media formats including MP4, MOV, AVI (video), JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP (images), and PDF (documents). Maximum file size per upload is 512 MB. For best performance on screens, we recommend H.264 MP4 at 1080p.
Group your screens by location, zone, or tag from the Devices panel. When you update a playlist assigned to a group, all screens in that group receive the change simultaneously. There is no limit on the number of screens you can update at once.
